By creating a Numu account or using any Numu service you agree to these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and keep it updated. Numu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable Saudi law.
Your store data — products, customers, orders, and all associated files — belongs to you. You may export your data at any time through the dashboard. Numu does not sell or share your store data with third parties for commercial purposes. Upon plan cancellation you have 30 days to export before data is permanently deleted.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in Saudi Riyals (SAR). All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable under ZATCA regulations. Numu does not charge transaction fees on Growth or Own plans. Fees for the Sprout plan apply only to optional paid add-ons.
You may not use Numu to sell counterfeit goods, illegal products, weapons, or content prohibited under Saudi law. Numu may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Numu's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Numu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
