Add accurate weights and dimensions to ensure correct shipping rate calculations.
On the product edit page, find the Shipping section. Enter the weight in kilograms and dimensions (length × width × height) in centimetres.
Enter the weight and dimensions of the packed parcel — not the bare product. This is what the carrier API uses to calculate live rates.
Carriers often charge by dimensional weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000) when it exceeds actual weight. Numu automatically uses whichever is higher to avoid billing surprises.
