Define different zones with custom rates for different parts of Saudi Arabia and the world.
Give the zone a descriptive name like 'Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam' or 'Rest of Saudi Arabia'. Select the countries or regions to include.
Click 'Add rate'. Choose a rate type: flat rate, weight-based, price-based, or free shipping. You can add multiple rates so customers see options at checkout.
You can create a separate zone for cities like Abha or AlUla if shipping costs there differ. Numu applies the most specific matching zone first.
Set a 'Rest of World' zone with a fallback rate to prevent checkout errors if an international customer tries to order.
