Display real carrier-calculated rates to customers instead of fixed flat rates.
Aramex, SMSA, and Saudi Post all support live rates. Make sure the carrier integration is complete under Settings → Carriers.
When adding a rate to a shipping zone, choose 'Carrier live rates' instead of a flat rate. Select the connected carrier.
Enter your standard box dimensions and maximum weight under Settings → Shipping → Package. These are used by the carrier API to calculate the rate.
Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout. Live carrier rates should appear within a second or two. Check that rates look correct for different addresses.
Enable more than one carrier so customers can compare speed and price at checkout — this is a strong trust signal.
