Expand beyond Saudi Arabia with international shipping zones and clear customs handling.
Go to Settings → Shipping and click 'Add shipping zone'. Select your target countries — start with Gulf states: UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar.
Use live carrier rates or a flat rate. Offer two tiers: Economy parcel (7–14 days) and Express (3–5 days) to give customers a choice.
Enable 'Include duties and taxes' (DDP) if your carrier supports it, so customers pay a single total at checkout. Alternatively, display a customs disclaimer so customers know they may owe duties on delivery.
Some products (liquids, large batteries, certain foods) are restricted on international routes. Place them in a separate shipping profile and exclude it from international zones.
Start with GCC countries — customs procedures are simpler and shipping rates are much better than global routes.
