Offer the payment-on-receipt option that remains popular with Saudi shoppers.
Scroll to 'Manual payment methods' and click 'Add manual method'. Select 'Cash on delivery' from the list.
Add instructions that customers see when selecting COD — for example: 'Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.'
You can limit COD to specific shipping zones — useful if only one of your carriers supports it and another doesn't.
Consider adding a small COD fee (SAR 5–10) to offset the higher return rate associated with cash-on-delivery orders.
