Issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices automatically for every B2C and B2B transaction.
Go to Settings → Tax. Enter your 15-digit VAT registration number exactly as registered with ZATCA. Save to activate e-invoicing.
Toggle on 'ZATCA Phase 2 (real-time reporting)'. Numu automatically sends each invoice to ZATCA's Fatoorah API within 24 hours of issuance — no manual uploads.
Under Settings → Invoices, choose bilingual (Arabic + English) invoices. Add your logo, address, and any footer notes. Simplified invoices (B2C) include a QR code; standard invoices (B2B) include full XML.
Place a test order and open the order detail page. Click 'Download invoice' and scan the QR code with the ZATCA Fatoorah app to verify it passes validation.
Keep your ZATCA certificate renewing automatically — Numu sends a reminder 30 days before your cryptographic stamp expires.
