Control when and how often Numu Pay transfers funds to your bank account.
Go to Finances → Payouts → Settings. Select Daily, Weekly (every Monday), or Monthly (1st of each month). Daily payouts have a 2-day minimum holding period for fraud protection.
The Payouts screen shows your current pending balance, the next payout amount, and the scheduled transfer date. Click any payout to see the individual transactions included.
To change the bank account that receives payouts, go to Settings → Payments → Numu Pay → Bank account. Upload a bank statement or IBAN certificate to verify the new account.
If you need funds urgently, contact Numu support to request an instant payout — available for eligible merchants with a good processing history.
