How Numu Pay works

Read time: 3 min

One integration to accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay — with daily payouts to your Saudi IBAN.

1

What Numu Pay covers

Numu Pay is the built-in payment gateway. It processes Mada (Saudi debit network), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay under a single merchant agreement — no separate contracts with card schemes needed.

2

How funds flow

When a customer pays, the amount is authorised and captured immediately. Funds are held in your Numu Pay balance until your next payout cycle (daily, weekly, or monthly).

3

Payouts to your IBAN

On the payout date, Numu Pay transfers your balance minus fees to the Saudi IBAN registered on your account. Transfers arrive within 1–2 Saudi business days.

4

View transactions and fees

Go to Finances → Payouts to see a full transaction ledger, processing fees per order, and upcoming payout dates. You can also export to Excel for accounting.

💡 Tip

Numu Pay fees are charged as a percentage of each transaction — there are no monthly gateway fees or setup costs.
