Import your products, customers, and order history from Shopify, WooCommerce, or a CSV file.
On Shopify: Admin → Products → Export (CSV). On WooCommerce: WooCommerce → Products → Export. Download the products CSV and, separately, the customers CSV.
Select your source platform. Numu's importer maps Shopify and WooCommerce CSV columns automatically. For other platforms, use the Numu CSV template available on the import screen.
Upload your products CSV. Review the column mapping — Numu shows you a preview of how the first 5 rows will be imported. Correct any mismatched columns before confirming.
Click 'Start import'. Large catalogues (1,000+ products) may take a few minutes. Once complete, spot-check 10–20 products to verify images, prices, and variants imported correctly.
Set up 301 redirects for your most important product URLs so existing Google rankings and bookmarks continue to work. Go to Online Store → URL redirects to add them.
Import products first, then customers, then orders — in that order — to avoid reference errors in the import tool.
