Temporarily pause your storefront or permanently close your Numu account.
Pause: your storefront goes offline and customers cannot place orders, but your data, products, and settings are preserved. You pay a reduced pause fee. Unpause any time to resume. Delete: your store and all data are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Go to Settings → Account & billing → scroll to 'Store status'. Click 'Pause store'. Choose the pause reason (seasonal, rebranding, personal, other) and confirm. Your storefront immediately shows a 'Coming soon' page.
When you're ready to reopen, go to the same 'Store status' section and click 'Resume store'. Your store goes live again instantly — no setup required.
Before deleting, export your products, customers, and orders (see Exporting your store data). Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Go to Settings → Account & billing → 'Danger zone'. Click 'Delete store'. Type your store name to confirm. Your store is immediately suspended and permanently deleted after 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link if you change your mind within that window.
Pausing is free for the first 30 days, then charged at 10% of your plan rate. It is a much better option than cancelling if you plan to return — all your SEO rankings, product data, and settings are preserved.
