Download your products, customers, and orders as CSV files for backups or platform migration.
Navigate to Settings → Account & billing → Data export. You can export three datasets independently: Products, Customers, and Orders.
Click 'Export products'. Choose whether to include all products or filter by collection. The CSV includes title, description, price, SKU, inventory, images (as URLs), and all variants.
Click 'Export customers'. The CSV includes name, email, phone, total orders, total spend, and last order date. Note: payment card details are never included.
Click 'Export orders'. Set a date range if needed. The CSV includes order ID, date, customer, line items, quantities, subtotal, VAT, shipping, total, and fulfilment status.
All exports are generated and emailed to your billing contact address within 5 minutes. You can also download directly from the export history table on the same page.
Run a full export every month as a backup — it takes under 2 minutes. Store the files in Google Drive or your accounting system. If you ever need to migrate platforms, these CSV files work directly with most e-commerce import tools.
